40ft High Cube Cargo Worthy – 16ft Roll up Doors
Project started with cargo worthy 40ft High Cube Container. Container Alliance added 16ft roll up doors with chain driver interior openings. Roll Up doors came in various colors but customer selected blue. The container was also painted dark gray.

Auto Shop Tool Container
Customer required a container with as much access from 3 sides as possible allowing them access to auto parts. Container Alliance started with a 20’ One Trip Container and added three 5 foot roll up doors on one side and one 7 foot roll up door on each end.
Charter High School required us to fabricate 3 x 40′ One Trip Containers into one joint structure. These containers are used as an individual shops with a different purpose for each one: sheet metal, welding, and machining.
Mobile Art Display
Container Alliance modified a 40″ High Cube Wind and Water Tight container to fit a mobile art display for our customer, Curacao. We added custom red paint and custom framing for eight 6′ clear tempered glass windows to the structure. Led lighting fixtures were added to the interior of the ceiling. An Interior mounted electrical panel and 3 breakers were also installed. A white partition was later added down the center of the container to display the art to the outside. This container will be making its way across the country very soon.

Customer required a deployable 20’ container with panel insulation, electrical passthrough, 36” entry door, and internal self contained lighting. This container was shipped to jobsites throughout the world.

Customer required a 40’ x 32’ internal structure within a warehouse to create a juice facility for product juicing and bottling. Container Alliance removed sidewalls from 5 x 40’ High Cube Containers and welded the units together onsite to create this area within a warehouse.

Customer required modification to a 40’ High Cube Container to transport and display their cutting edge bicycles. Container Alliance first prepped the container by having it custom painted according to the brand’s signature colors, candy apple red and white for the interior. Specialized decided to have Container Alliance modify the container to have two steel sliding doors so that could easily become the entrance and exit. This steel sliding door is easy to open and close with rollers on the top and the bottom.

Customer required a room that consisted of 2 x 40’ containers atop 2 x 40’ containers making a 16’ x 40’ x 17’ room. This project was interesting being that for the first time we removed flooring and ceiling to then be joined together onsite. The interior space this created was amazing.

One of many quality projects converted from a 40’ Super High Cube – 9’ 6” tall. This additional height gave a “vaulted ceiling” feel for an artist’s studio space in Ojai, CA. Container Alliance installed customer glass doors, windows, led lighting, insulation all painted a customer light green color.
Containerized Water Treatment System
B&B Shipping modified a 40ft ISO shipping container to house a water filtration system for our customer, Parker.
The container will hold a system that converts seawater, brackish, or surface water into pure and safe drinking water. Container Alliance modified the container by adding custom paint, framing the container, adding insulation, along with adding an entry door for general purposes. Container Alliance also modified the container so that their water filtration system could easily be installed in the designated areas. Equipment/piping supports are added throughout the container to accommodate their equipment, along with external ports for primary power and simple wet connections.

Container Alliance custom painted the outside of the container with heavy duty yellow paint and added the Parker logo to the side. The inside of the container was framed, insulated with water resistant internal sheathing, and painted. All of the components that make up the Parker Water filtration system can easily be installed to meet the unique water treatment requirements. This water-tight, durable container is ready to be shipped anywhere that temporary or emergency potable water is needed. This container is ready to be used in remote locations in response to emergency situations and can easily be relocated when needed.
